Terms of Service

KindiWise has its own terms of use. Giveaways are governed by their rules.

These terms apply to the use of the apps by Gutsapps: PequeLetras, MusicKids, Pollito Pio Offline, WOD Voice Timer & Coach and Toply. By using any of our apps, you accept these terms.

1. Use of the apps

Our apps are offered for personal, non-commercial use. PequeLetras and MusicKids are designed for children under adult supervision; the rest are meant for a general audience.

2. Accounts

Most of our apps do not require registration. Toply does require creating an account to vote and take part in the community; you are responsible for keeping your password safe and for the activity of your account.

3. Ads and purchases

Some apps show ads through Google AdMob as a way of funding. In-app purchases (for example, removing ads) are processed through Google Play Billing and are also governed by its terms. We do not offer direct refunds: for that, contact Google Play support.

4. Community rules (Toply)

In Toply, when you vote, suggest songs or comment, you agree not to post illegal, defamatory or hateful content, not to manipulate the ranking with fake accounts or automated means, and not to harass other users. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. No warranties

Our apps are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that they will always be available or error-free. You use them at your own risk.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our apps, beyond what you have paid (if anything) in the last 12 months.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will publish the current version on this same page.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law.
