Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data the apps by Gutsapps (PequeLetras, MusicKids, Pollito Pio Offline, WOD Voice Timer & Coach and Toply) process, and what your rights over it are. The controller of this processing is Alejandro Gutiérrez, developer of Gutsapps. You can contact us at soporte@gutsapps.com.

1. General summary

Most of our apps do not require registration or an account, and store your progress, creations or settings only on your device. Some show ads through Google AdMob so they can be offered for free. The exception is Toply, which does require an account to vote and save your progress in the community, as explained in section 3.

2. Data by app

PequeLetras and MusicKids

Designed for children. They do not ask for or collect personal data; the player’s name, progress and recordings are stored only on the device. They show non-personalized ads through Google AdMob, in line with Google Play’s “Designed for Families” program (COPPA / GDPR-K).

Pollito Pio Offline

Offline entertainment app. It does not require an account or collect personal data; the content (video, ringtones, wallpapers) is played locally.

WOD Voice Timer & Coach

Works without accounts. Your workouts and records are stored on the device. When you use voice setup, the audio is sent encrypted to our server (Cloudflare) to be transcribed and interpreted with AI; it is not stored permanently. It shows ads through Google AdMob and offers purchases handled by Google Play Billing.

Toply

Requires creating an account (email/password or Google) to vote, predict and take part in the community. We store your email, username, votes, predictions and comments through Firebase (Google). Your username, level, league and comments are publicly visible within the app. It shows ads through Google AdMob and offers a one-time purchase to remove them.

3. Third-party services

  • Google AdMob: advertising in the free apps.
  • Google Play Billing: processing of in-app purchases.
  • Google Firebase: authentication and database for Toply.
  • Cloudflare: processing of voice audio in WOD Voice Timer.

We do not sell your data to third parties or use it for purposes other than those described here.

4. Minors

PequeLetras and MusicKids are aimed at a children’s audience and do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. The rest of our apps are not aimed at children under 13.

5. Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data (for example, your Toply account) by writing to us at soporte@gutsapps.com. If you live in the European Economic Area, you can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our apps. We will publish the current version on this same page with its update date.
